ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the Ragnedda family, typical granitic weathering soils (sandy, rocky) trained with simple guyot.
PROCESSING
The grapes harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October are destemmed and subsequently subjected to soft pressing. This is followed by fermentation in steel tanks at 16/18 °C for 4 weeks. Refines in oak barriques for 4 months. It is a wine with great longevity.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with slight golden reflections
Perfume: Intense and complex with notes reminiscent of orange blossom, lemon, aromatic herbs, wisteria, lavender flowers and citrus honey.
Taste: Dry but rich, with citrus and honey tones, the finish is long, with great aftertaste persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal to accompany fish and shellfish dishes.
It goes well at the end of a meal with strudel, spoon desserts, fruit cakes and creams.
