Capichera Vendemmia Tardiva is the first Sardinian white wine to be vinified in barrique.

ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the Ragnedda family, typical soils from granite disintegration (sandy, rocky) trained with simple guyot.
PROCESSING
The grapes harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October are destemmed and then subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation follows in steel tanks at 16/18 °C for 4 weeks. It is refined in oak barriques for 4 months.
It is a wine with great longevity.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with light golden reflections
Aroma: Intense and complex with notes reminiscent of orange blossom, lemon, aromatic herbs, wisteria, lavender flowers and citrus honey.
Taste: Dry but rich, with citrus and honeyed tones, the finish is long, with great aftertaste persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Capichera VT is ideal to accompany fish and shellfish dishes.
It goes well at the end of a meal with strudel, spoon desserts, fruit cakes and creams.
