The name of this label is "Vigna'ngena", which in Gallura means " foreign vineyard ", that is, owned by someone else. Vermentino Vigna'ngena is in fact born from the grapes of a vineyard originally taken over by the Capoichera winery, and purchased at a later time.

Several vineyards in the surroundings of the winery, in the Arzachena countryside, grown on granite-based soil.
PROCESSING
Manual harvest and careful selection of the bunches, which are subjected to soft pressing. The free-run must obtained is sent for white vinification and matures exclusively in stainless steel containers.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Intense hints of orange blossom, iris, broom and hawthorn, fruity notes of yellow apple, mineral on the finish.
Taste: Fresh and juicy, with a good acid component, persistent and decisive, it closes with a pleasant fruity finish.
COMBINATIONS
Vigna'ngena is a white wine excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany seafood first courses, but also grilled fish and sushi.
