Cáralis Sparkling Brut Chardonnay

The must obtained from a soft pressing is immediately cooled and then separated from the lees by static sedimentation and sent to the first fermentation conducted by selected yeasts, at a temperature of 12°C for a period of approximately two weeks. Once the first fermentation is completed, the base wine is sent to fermentation in an autoclave. Once the second fermentation is complete, it remains in contact with its yeasts and is then bottled.
Color: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: elegant, intense with fruity notes.
Taste: lively with a good body and a pleasant floral freshness.
Ideal wine for aperitifs, starters and seafood crudités.
