Vineyards in the area surrounding the winery, grown on calcareous-clayey soils, Dolianova (CA).
PROCESSING
The must obtained by soft pressing is immediately cooled and then separated from the lees by static sedimentation and sent to the first fermentation conducted by selected yeasts, at a temperature of 12°C for a period of about two weeks. Once the first fermentation is complete, the base wine is sent to the second fermentation in an autoclave. Once the second fermentation is complete, it remains in contact with its own yeasts and is then bottled.
Best drunk within two years of harvest.

Color: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: elegant, intense with fruity notes.
Taste: lively with a good body and a pleasant floral freshness.
