Vineyards located in the Lower Sulcis.
PROCESSING
This wine is born from experiments in the vineyard and in the cellar, made to reveal the hidden character of Carignano del Sulcis. Through white vinification carried out in steel at low temperatures, followed by a 6-month refinement on the fine lees with almost daily batonnage, a unique wine is born. All protected from oxygen, to avoid the oxidation of the floral and balsamic aromas released by the grapes.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: yellow with copper reflections.
Aroma: intense aromas of white flowers with balsamic notes.
Taste: lively, good flavor and freshness. Notes of eucalyptus and medicinal herbs. The finish is persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies seafood and shellfish dishes, fish crudités, sushi and sashimi.
