This label, together with the others in the new Cantina del Vermentino line, is part of a project that demonstrates how terroirs diversify the organoleptic notes of a grape variety.

Vineyards grown with espalier and Guyot pruning, at an altitude of 250/350 metres above sea level, on the granite disintegration soils of Gallura.
PROCESSING
Destemming-crushing, followed by cold fermentation for about a month. The must obtained from the fermentation is refined cold in steel for about 8 months on the yeasts. The refinement continues for about 10 months in the bottle before being marketed.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: intense floral notes, especially rose.
Taste: warm, soft, intense and persistent, bitter note on the finish.
COMBINATIONS
Cobel is a white wine that goes well with delicate dishes such as fish-based first or second courses, or moderately spicy ones such as in oriental cuisine.
