The grapes are subjected to light pressing and the must obtained is immediately cooled and then separated from the lees by static sedimentation and sent to the first fermentation conducted by selected yeasts, at a temperature of 14°C for a period of approximately two weeks. Once the first fermentation is completed, the base wine is sent to ferment in an autoclave for a period of approximately 40 days. To be drunk preferably within the year following the harvest.
Color: bright pink with light purple reflections, fine pearling and persistent crown.
Perfume: fruity and fragrant, with hints of raspberry, litchi and wild strawberry.
Taste: lively, fruity with a pleasant acidic streak and good flavor.
Ideal as an aperitif and to pair with seafood and land starters.
