The name Fradiles in Sardinian means “ cousins ”, because the winery is the result of the union between the properties of cousins Paolo and Antonio.

The grapes, harvested in early October, are vinified together. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with maceration of the skins for about 8/10 days. Processing of the must in steel and maturation partly in 750 and 500 liter wooden barrels for about 10 months and partly in steel.
