The Grappa di Bovale Su'Entu is obtained from a selection of pomace from the Cantina Su'entu estate, in the Marmilla hills.
The last processing cycle of Bovale, the marc , used for distillation, gives life to this small artisanal production of Grappa. The refinement continues for twelve months in 225-liter French oak barrels , used for the refinement of Su' Nico Bovale.
It has a golden color with copper reflections, the nose is intense, the scent of the vine is distinct, with hints of vanilla, hazelnut and licorice. The taste is balanced, confirming the olfactory sensations, in which pleasant notes of candied citrus seem to emerge.
Perfect to pair with dried fruit, such as walnuts and almonds, but also chocolate and cream-based desserts. Also delicious with aged cheeses such as Fiore Sardo DOP.
