Rosa aims to be a reminder and a dedication to those who have always played a role over time that is sometimes silent, but no less important. The Contini Winery dedicates this label to another Giant: the Woman

GRAPES Cannonau, Nieddera

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT 12.5%

ORIGIN
The vineyards are located in the Sinis Peninsula area, 100 meters above sea level. The soils are partly of volcanic origin, partly alluvial, sandy, almost clayey.

PROCESSING
The hand-harvested grapes are subjected to pressing and maceration of the skins for approximately 5 hours. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (16-18°), mostly in steel and a small percentage in barrique.
The two musts are combined after 6 months. This is followed by maturation on the yeasts, always divided between steel barriques for at least 6 months.
It refines for a few more months in the bottle before being released on the market.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Pale shiny rose with orange reflections.
Nose: Fine and elegant, hints of citrus, notes of raspberries and strawberries in a mineral finish.
Taste: Fresh and decisive sip, with citrus and saline returns, good persistence and final closure.

COMBINATIONS
We recommend consuming it as an aperitif. It is a very versatile wine, excellent with fresh vegetables and cheeses, to try together with first courses with shellfish.
