ORIGIN
Vineyards trained using the Guyot system on clayey soils one hundred metres above sea level, Terre Del Sinis (OR).
PROCESSING
White vinification; crushing and destemming of the grapes; enzymatic clarification and fermentation at 15 °C. The wine is then refined on the lees for about a month. Sparkling wine production with the Charmat-Martinotti Method.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with green reflections.
Aroma: Fruity and floral with typical Vermentino hints, enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage.
Taste: Fresh and lively, with a nice flavour dictated by grapes grown near the sea.
COMBINATIONS
Is Arutas Brut is a sparkling wine ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs perfectly with appetizers and seafood.
