PROCESSING AND AGING
Vinification with soft pressing and cold stabilization of the must for 4-5 days. Ferments in steel vats at a low temperature. Stopping on the fine lees for a short period, for a natural stabilization of the wine and for obtaining a better harmony of the wine.
Color: light pink
Bouquet: fruity, with notes of citrus and tropical fruit
Taste: fresh with a marked minerality
It goes well with many dishes, mainly based on fish.
