PROCESSING
Vinification with cold maceration of the skins for 10 hours at a temperature of 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation in steel at a temperature of 15°C. Aged for 3 months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: binding and intriguing, with aromas of white flowers and aromatic herbs, with a light mineral nuance.
Taste: expresses a beautiful fruity bouquet and balanced freshness. The finish is savory and mineral.
COMBINATIONS
Lugore is a white wine perfect to pair with seafood first courses, grilled or baked fish second courses. Also excellent with pizza.
