PROCESSING
The best Majga grapes are harvested by hand and taken immediately to the cellar where a second selection takes place. Soft pressing of the bunches, followed by fermentation of the must with selected yeasts, then moving on to malolactic fermentation. It continues with a short refinement, frequent batonnage in steel vats, always in contact with the yeasts until bottling. Large evolutionary capacity.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense straw yellow.
Nose: intense, with hints of fruit in syrup and strong citrus notes.
Taste: soft and full sip, enveloping and with good acidity.

COMBINATIONS
Majga is a perfect Vermentino to drink together with mature cheeses. We recommend trying it at the table together with fish main courses, but also together with grilled and skewered meats.
