PROCESSING
Manual harvesting of the grapes, which once arrived in the cellar are led to alcoholic fermentation in steel. It is then refined for four months always in steel tanks at low temperature (18-20°c). Before being put on the market it rests another three months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: broad and persistent, with hints of almonds and mastic.
Taste: fresh and delicate, good persistence.
