Vineyards owned by the winery, trained as sapling, on granitic decaying soils in the locality of "Loreta Attesu".
PROCESSING AND AGING
Following the manual harvest of the grapes, the bunches are de-stemmed and crushed. The must is then subjected to static decantation, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasts two months in steel tanks.
Color: straw yellow.
Bouquet: fruity, fresh and floral scents.
Taste: dry, full and persistent sip.
Excellent with fish-based dishes, such as a fregola with seafood or grilled meats. Perfect to accompany appetizers and snacks.
