Vineyards owned by the winery, trained as saplings, on granite weathering soil in the "Loreta Attesu" area.
Following the manual harvest of the grapes, the bunches are destemmed and pressed. The must is then subjected to static decantation, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasts two months in steel tanks.
Color: straw yellow.
Perfume: fruity, fresh and floral scents.
Taste: dry, full and persistent sip.
Excellent with fish-based dishes, for example a fregola with seafood or grilled meats. Perfect to accompany appetizers and snacks.
