PROCESSING AND AGING
The vinification follows the crushing-destemming process, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Refinement in steel for a few months follows. To be eaten preferably young, preferably within two years.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Intense, soft, fruity and floral.
Taste: Fresh, savory, delicate and fine; good length.
It can be enjoyed simply as an aperitif or combined with appetizers and fish dishes.
