Vineyards owned by the winery, grown on clay soils rich in iron, minerals and sand, Alghero.

Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must obtained is left for twenty-four hours in contact with the skins at low temperatures (15°C) for the pre-fermentation maceration, followed by the actual alcoholic fermentation, at a temperature of 28°C, for about three weeks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred partly into new and partly second-passage French oak barriques, where it matures for fourteen months. Finally, bottling and aging in glass for at least eighteen months.
