Mas Balente is a still red wine IGT Isola dei Nuraghi, obtained from native grapes typical of Mandrolisai, produced by Cantina Carboni di Ortueri in about 200 bottles, packaged in wooden boxes. The term Balente derives from Balentia, which means value. Balente is therefore someone who is worth, brave, courageous. In Sardinian it often also takes on the negative connotation of bandit.
