Sardinian Artisan Honey
The Sardinian Artisan Honey is prepared by hand in Villasor, from the VeroMiele farm.
Its production involves the tireless work of the Apis mellifera ligustica, considered the most important bee in the world from the productive point of view, particularly docile and very industrious.
The sugars contained in this product are those naturally present in honey, respecting the ancient tradition and the genuineness of the product. Chemicals and other sugars are never added.

THISTLE
Typical plant of Sardinia, widespread especially in the rural areas of the island. Cardoon honey has an amber color, while when it crystallizes its color turns into much lighter tones.
MILLEFIORI
Millefiori honey is the fruit of the spontaneous blooms of Erica, Lavandula, Asphodel, Cistus and Rosemary, which give rise to a perfect mix. Its taste changes with each production, however, always linked to its rich and spicy aroma.
EUCALYPTUS
Certainly the most produced honey on the island. eucalyptus is a plant native to Australia, transplanted to Sardinia at the beginning of the century . The honey of Eucalyptus has an amber color with more or less dark shades sometimes there may be a slight honeydew; crystallizes quickly and compact.
ALFALFA
Alfalfa honey is mainly produced in territories that offer a humid and warm climate. It has an amber color, and crystallizes slowly enough changing into a kind of beige; Its scent recalls freshly cut grass, while the taste is sweet and delicate.
