Nuragus GRAPE VARIETY

ORIGIN
Vineyards grown with low espalier and sapling on hilly terrain with a tendency towards limestone and clay, in the Is Crabilis area, in the Ussana countryside, and Acquasassa, in the Serdiana countryside.
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which once arrived in the cellar are subjected to soft pressing and the must is started to alcoholic fermentation thanks to the inoculation of selected yeasts, in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature. Once this phase is completed, after a light clarification, Millefiori matures for a few months in stainless steel containers, before the final refinement in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Light straw yellow with greenish rim and reflections.
Aroma: Delicately fruity aroma, good intensity and persistence. Fresh vegetal notes.
Taste: Dry and fresh taste with good intensity and acidity. Medium olfactory taste persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal with fish appetizers, shellfish soups and boiled fish. We recommend it with first courses with light sauces.
