Mirto Rosso Zedda Piras is obtained by infusing ripe myrtle berries, rigorously hand-picked, for several months with pure alcohol, to which a sugar syrup is added.
The ruby red color, the broad and characteristic aroma immediately recall the scent of Sardinia, of which myrtle is a fundamental presence.
It is characterised by a broad and particular flavour characterised by a warm structure due to the good alcohol content and a soft structure due to the sugar content.
It should be enjoyed chilled, preferably in frosted glasses.
