ORIGIN
The winery's vineyards are low-trellised and Guyot-pruned in the lower Tirso valley, on alluvial soils characterised by a clayey-sandy mix.
PROCESSING
Red vinification. Maceration lasts from 7 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of around 24 °C. Aged for 8-10 months in non-new oak barrels. Aged in a cement tank for a few months and then in the bottle for at least 6 months, before being put on the market.

Color: Intense ruby red color
Perfume: presents fruity and spicy hints
Taste: dry and soft. The sweet tannin typical of Nieddera gives the wine a beautiful structure and an important persistence
COMBINATIONS
Montiprama is a red wine that is excellent as an aperitif together with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, even mature ones, while at the table it goes well with first courses with strong flavours such as malloreddus with sheep ragù and grilled red meats.
