PROCESSING
Cold maceration of the crushed grapes for 12 hours and subsequent soft pressing. The free-run must is cold-decanted and the clean fraction is sent to fermentation carried out by selected yeasts at a temperature of 12°C.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: golden yellow.
Aroma: decidedly aromatic, it offers a broad and rich bouquet to the nose, characterised by honeyed and spicy notes.
Taste: sweet and balanced.
COMBINATIONS
Moscato di Sardegna Dolianova is a sweet wine that is excellent to enjoy at the end of a meal, paired with dry desserts.
