Vineyards located in the Mont'e Prama Hill, on the Sinis peninsula, cultivated on predominantly limestone soils.
PROCESSING
White vinification and fermentation of the free-run must in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Refinement in steel until bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow that evolves into warm golden shades with aging.
Perfume: ranges from pleasant fruity sensations of white peach and plum, followed by floral notes of broom, aromatic herbs and marine sensations.
Taste: full and balanced sip, intense and with excellent persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Nephilim is a perfect white aperitif, to be drunk fresh either alone or accompanied by seafood appetizers. To be tried with local fish dishes or land dishes based on white meats.
