PROCESSING
Vinification with soft pressing and natural cold decantation of the must. Only the free-run must ferments in steel vats at a temperature of 16°C to enhance the original characteristics of the terroir. It completes its evolutionary path, resting on the fine lees before bottling.

Aroma: fragrant, aromatic notes of essential herbs
Taste: rich and pleasantly soft
COMBINATIONS
It pairs well with typical Sardinian first courses such as Fregola and Sardinian gnocchetti (malloreddus) alla Carlofortina and with semi-mature cheeses. Also excellent with fish-based second courses such as Sea bass with Vernaccia and capon with potatoes and fresh cherry tomatoes.
