Parallelo 41 owes its name to the Parallel that ideally unites Alghero to Barcelona, two cities linked by history, local customs and the Catalan language that still bears witness to a long-shared culture.

The grapes, harvested by hand, are subjected to soft pressing with a short cold maceration on the skins. The free-run must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Once this phase is completed, the two masses are combined and the wine ages for a period in acacia barrels, followed by final refinement in the bottle.
