ORIGIN
Vineyards of the Sisini Estates, grown on loose clay-siliceous soils near Serdiana (CA).
PROCESSING
The grapes are left to over-ripen on the vines. Once harvested, they are softly pressed and fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of between 22 and 25 degrees. Maturation takes place in second and third passage barriques for 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: intense straw yellow.
Aroma: very intense primary aromas, markedly Mediterranean. Terpene characteristics typical of Nasco.
Taste: round, pleasant or almost sweet, fatty with a savoury character that recalls the primary aroma.
COMBINATIONS
It is suitable to accompany pastry products, especially typical Sardinian almond-based sweets. Also excellent with blue and mature cheeses.
