PROCESSING AND AGING
The grapes are pressed whole, not de-stemmed and softly pressed, then fermented at a low temperature in steel and wood. Then follows refinement, during which the wine matures in small French wooden barrels for almost 2 years and finishes aging in the bottle for about 6 months.
FEATURES
Color: golden yellow with marked amber reflections.
Bouquet: penetrating, with hints of honey, apricot and pineapple and hints of spices.
Taste: extremely velvety with a pleasant gustatory balance that makes the taste long and inebriating.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Perfect meditation wine, while at the table it goes well with traditional Sardinian desserts or a honey sebada, as well as desserts such as apple tart or strudel. Also excellent with blue sheep cheeses.
