Vineyards grown on medium-textured sandy and clayey soils, on the hills of lower Sulcis.
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which once in the cellar, are subjected to soft pressing. The free-run must is sent for alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in glass-lined cement tanks, where it rests for a few months in contact with its own yeasts before final refinement in the bottle and being put on the market.

Color: elegant straw yellow tending towards golden.
Aroma: intense aromas of yellow fruit combined with buttery notes.
Taste: full and delicate, it envelops the palate with a pleasant softness.
COMBINATIONS
Pedraia is a white wine that pairs well with fish-based first courses with slightly bold flavors, such as spaghetti with clams and bottarga or linguine with swordfish and cherry tomatoes. It is also perfect with soft cheeses.
