Vineyards owned by the winery located at an altitude of 600 m above sea level, Mamoiada (NU).
PROCESSING
Manual harvest, pressing with separation of the must from the skins, spontaneous fermentation in barrique. Short refinement in barrique, followed by 3 months in bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense golden yellow
Aroma: Delicate citrus notes accompanied by hints of anise and a background of Mediterranean scrub
Taste: Dry and decisive, with an enveloping flavour and minerality, with a good alcohol content and a beautiful aromatic breadth
COMBINATIONS
Perda Pinta is a structured orange wine, which prefers pairing with dishes with a strong flavor. As an aperitif it is perfect with blue cheeses, aged cheeses, cured meats and sausages. At the table it can accompany first courses of meat, second courses of fish, shellfish and important meats such as lamb.
