GRAPES Moscato
GRADATION 13%
ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, trained as saplings in the municipality of Oliena (NU).
PROCESSING
The grapes are left to dry on the plant, and once harvested and brought to the cellar they are cooled, crushed and destemmed and macerated to extract all the varietal aromas typical of Moscato. The must is then pressed and cold decanted. Alcoholic fermentation is then started in steel and lasts about 20 days.
Once the desired alcohol content has been obtained, the wine is filtered.

perceived on the nose, like honey and dried apricot. It has a notable
persistence that calls for one sip after another.
