Vineyards owned by the winery in Sulcis, in the south-west end of Sardinia.
PROCESSING
The must ferments in stainless steel containers, and then the wine is transferred to refine both in wooden and steel barriques, where it remains to mature for a few months. At the end of this quick step, we can proceed with bottling the wine.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: ruby red
Nose: intense, hints of red fruits, such as cherry and blackberry, herbaceous and balsamic notes.
Taste: strong on the palate, velvety tannic texture, a harmonious and persistent structure. Persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent in combination with fresh cured meats, it also goes well with seafood first courses, grilled meat and intense fish dishes.
