Puistèris takes its name from an ancient Neolithic village located on a hill near the town of Mogoro.

ORIGIN
Bush-trained vineyards aged between 30 and 40 years, on hilly terrain in the municipality of Mogoro and surrounding towns.
PROCESSING
After a brief maceration of the must on the skins and fermentation at low temperature, it ages for about 3 months in 500-liter French oak tonneaux. Bâtonnage is carried out on the fine lees to allow the wine to best express its qualities of body, structure and aromatic palette. Subsequent aging for 9 months in steel and 2 months in bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright and luminous golden yellow.
Perfume: The aromas of broom, beeswax, honey and helichrysum are gradually revealed.
Taste: In the mouth, the typical salinity and freshness accompany the persistence of fruity notes.
COMBINATIONS
Puisteris is a white wine that gives its best when paired with first courses with tasty fish ragù or delicate shellfish sauces, but also scallops au gratin, shrimp and seafood soups and even tasty fish with sauces or in a crust with aromatic herbs. Also excellent with a white pizza topped with mixed wild mushrooms.
