GRAPES Cannonau
GRADATION 15%
ORIGIN
Vineyards grown in the area of Santa Maria La Palma, a short distance from the sea, which shapes territories and vineyards. The soils are calcareous and draining.
PROCESSING
The cannonau grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand. The wine is fermented and macerated in steel containers for about 15 days. It is left to age for 14 months in medium-toasted French oak tonneaux. The passage in wood gives it greater flavor and aromatic complexity.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: ruby red with light garnet reflections.
Aroma: intense aromas of red fruit and hints of Mediterranean scrub. Spicy notes and balsamic finish.
Taste: savoury with a long and elegant finish.
COMBINATIONS
Rèdit is a red wine perfect to drink with mature cheeses and meat and game dishes.
