Vineyards owned by the winery grown on calcareous soils, in the Romangia area between Sorso and Sennori (SS).
PROCESSING
Crushing, destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18°C in stainless steel tanks.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Floral and tropical fruit notes.
Taste: Savoury, mineral and persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Sabbia is a white wine perfect when paired with seafood appetizers and fish dishes in general.
