PROCESSING AND AGING
Each vine is vinified separately, and after the pressing of the berries follows the fermentation in steel, with maceration on the skins for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees. After a slight clarification, the final assembly is carried out, followed by a maturation in barrique for 14 months.
Color: ruby red, with reflections tending more to garnet.
Bouquet: intense aromas, in which ripe fruit is accompanied by slightly more almond notes and spicy hints.
Taste: good body, dry and soft sip, it reveals a good warmth and a good enveloping on the palate.
It goes perfectly with feathered game, roasted and braised meats and aged cheeses. Perfect with pizza.
