GRAPE VARIETY 100% Nuragus

ORIGIN
The vineyards of Tenuta Sa Tanca, in the territory between Guamaggiore and Selegas, are grown on medium calcareous soils, at around 230 metres above sea level.
PROCESSING
The harvested grapes are subjected to soft pressing and squeezing in special pneumatic presses. Natural decantation occurs at around 14°C, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C for approximately 20 days. Aged for approximately 2 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: fruity, fragrant and harmonious, with hints of peach and citrus, light notes of aromatic herbs.
Taste: Full, soft and rich with the characteristic bitter aftertaste of Nuragus.
COMBINATIONS
S'Elegas is a perfect wine to pair with seafood and meat appetizers, first courses of typical Sardinian fish-based cuisine, such as sea bass baked in foil, scorpion fish with potatoes, cherry tomatoes and olives, but also soft cheeses.
