Vineyards trained using the espalier and guyot methods in the sandy plains rich in alluvial clay between the mouth of the Tirso and the Sinis, Oristano.
PROCESSING
White vinification; the clear must ferments in steel at low temperatures. It ages for a month on its noblest lees, acquiring intensity of aromas and structure, before being quickly bottled.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: cherry pink, crystalline and transparent.
Aroma: floral notes such as rose, fruity notes of small red berries such as wild strawberries and raspberries, some herbaceous and iodized sensations.
Taste: Soft and lively, medium intensity, fresh and savoury.
COMBINATIONS
Seu is a rosé wine perfect as an aperitif accompanied by savory appetizers and canapés. At the table it pairs perfectly with seafood and vegetable appetizers, but also seafood main courses with delicate seasonings.
