Vineyards owned by the winery located on the island of Sant'Antioco.
PROCESSING
Short maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aged for several months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: particularly fine bouquet, floral and fruity with notes of elderberry and white peach.
Taste: broad and velvety, good balance between fruity aromas and freshness. Finish with mineral hints.

Solci Bianco is a perfect wine with traditional Sardinian fish-based dishes.
