All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

ORIGIN
Vineyards located in the Mogoro area, on medium calcareous soils.
PROCESSING
Brief maceration of the must on the skins. Control of the fermentation temperature and use of selected yeasts. The second fermentation is obtained by slow fermentation at a temperature of 13°C, through the Charmat Method. Its characteristics are best appreciated within one or two years of its commercialization.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: pale straw yellow, bright and with brilliant reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: It has delicate aromas of freshly baked bread crust, white fruit and aromatic herbs.
Taste: the gustatory attack is fresh, the aromatic progression delicate, the finish pleasant and dry.
COMBINATIONS
It is an excellent aperitif but can also accompany dishes with delicate flavours: from sautéed vegetables, to fish (even raw) to cold rice salads, as long as they are without pickles or garlic.
