The winery's own vines, grown on loose soils composed of calcareous marl and clay, in the Trexenta area.
PROCESSING
Alcoholic fermentation lasting 30 days at a temperature of 15-16°C. After vinification, the wine rests on the yeasts at a low temperature until spring.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright straw yellow with elegant perlage.
Aroma: notes of white flowers, peach, pear and citrus fruits, delicate scents of aromatic herbs.
Taste: fresh flavour that confirms the sensations perceived on the nose, savoury finish.
COMBINATIONS
Tagliamare is a sparkling wine that is excellent as an aperitif, paired with a nice platter of cold cuts and cheeses. At the table, it is at its best with fried calamari, but it pairs well with the most delicate fish-based preparations. Perfect with oysters and seafood appetizers.
