ORIGIN
The winery's vineyards are grown using the espalier system with spurred cordon pruning, on hilly terrain of clay-limestone composition, located between Sanluri and Lunamatrona.
PROCESSING
Destemming-crushing, soft pressing, decanting of the must and fermentation at a temperature of 16 °C in steel. Maturation in steel for at least 5 months on its yeasts before bottling.

COMBINATIONS
