GRAPE VARIETY Native and international red grapes
Juannisolu vineyards owned by the winery located in Arzachena.
Obtained from the viniﬁcation of native Sardinian grapes. The skins/must contact takes place in stainless steel tanks for about a week at a controlled temperature of around 25°C, with daily pumping over and punching down. Aﬁned in steel tanks and for a few months in the bottle before marketing.
Color: Intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Bouquet: Intense, persistent bouquet, with hints of ripe fruit.
Taste: Warm, with a good acid-tannic balance, good structure and flavor persistence.
Excellent when paired with land-based appetizers, important first courses, game and red meats in general, mature pecorino cheese.
