ORIGIN
Juannisolu vineyards owned by the winery located in Arzachena.
PROCESSING
Obtained from the vinification of native Sardinian grapes. The skin/must contact occurs in stainless steel tanks for about a week at a controlled temperature of around 25°C, with daily pumping over and punching down. It ages in steel tanks and for a few months in the bottle before being released for sale.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma: Intense, persistent bouquet, with hints of ripe fruit.
Taste: Warm, with a good acid-tannic balance, good structure and persistent taste.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent when paired with meat-based appetizers, important first courses, game and red meats in general, mature pecorino cheese.
