The name of this wine is inspired by the verses of the song known to all as “No potho reposare”, T'AMO is born from the union of different vines that give this cuvée a unique, delicate, harmonious and high-quality flavor. It is the symbol of an authentic bond, which draws value from differences, in which one feels fully respected and free to love and be loved.

Vineyards owned by the winery located on medium-hill calcareous-clayey soils, Mogoro.

PROCESSING

A brief maceration of the must on the skins is carried out in order to extract the aromatic component contained therein. Fermentation is carried out at low temperatures and with the use of selected yeasts that favor the aromatic expression while respecting the varietal characteristics. Once the vinification is completed, it matures in stainless steel containers for a few months, before the final refinement in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS

Color: bright yellow with golden reflections.

Aroma: Intense floral scents of lime, broom, roses and almond blossoms accompany sweet hints of pineapple, papaya, yellow peach and citrus fruits.

Taste: Soft on the palate with a fresh and acidic attack given by a slight residue of carbon dioxide deriving from the fermentation process.

COMBINATIONS

T'Amo is a white wine excellent as an aperitif paired with ricotta, prosciutto and fresh bottarga appetizers. Pleasant at the table with vegetable first courses, asparagus risotto, vegetable timbales and fresh and semi-mature cheeses.
