Vineyards trained with the Sardinian pergola and spurred cordon system, Tenute Sella & Mosca - “I Piani” area, Alghero.
PROCESSING
Soft pressing of the grapes; fermentation at controlled temperature. Formation of the cuvée in a refrigerated autoclave with a stirrer. Refining in an autoclave on the yeasts for approximately 60 days.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: powder pink nuance
Aroma: floral and citrusy from the peaty as well as delicate notes of cherry and white peach from the red grape.
Taste: vibrant acidity, followed by an immediate enveloping and balanced softness.
COMBINATIONS
Torbato Brut Rosé is a sparkling wine that is excellent as an aperitif, while at the table it goes well with pizza and fish-based dishes.
