Almond Torrone is handcrafted in Tonara, in Barbagia, in the heart of Sardinia.
Its production involves the use of an ancient recipe and four ingredients: honey, egg white, wafer and selected dried fruit.
The sugars contained in this product are those naturally present in honey, respecting the ancient tradition and the genuineness of the product.
We recommend you taste the semi-cold nougat. In fact, the low temperature enhances the characteristic sweetness of honey.
