ORIGIN
Vineyards trained as bush vines in the "Acquasassa" area, owned by the winery, whose soils are rich in limestone and clay.
PROCESSING
The manual harvest is followed by pressing the grapes and the formation of the free-run must, which is then sent for fermentation in steel vats. Maturation, always in steel, in contact with the lees of the yeasts, capable of giving the wine structure and taste-olfactory personality.

Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: fruity, with delicate citrus notes.
Taste: fresh, with mineral sensations.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif with seafood and meat starters, raw fish and seafood first courses typical of Sardinian cuisine, as well as soft cheeses.
