Vineyard grown on ancient marine soils, Alghero.

CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: deep straw yellow with brilliant green nuances.
Nose: intense, tropical tone combined with nuances of Mediterranean scrub, berries and medicinal herbs.
Taste: warm tones of ripe fruit blend with a salty flavour. Fresh and persistent finish.

COMBINATIONS
Also excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers and fish first courses, sushi and sashimi in particular.
