All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

GRAPES Vermentino

ORIGIN
Vineyard grown on ancient marine soils, Alghero.
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested by hand, and once they arrive at the winery, they are pressed and the must is left in contact with the skins for cold maceration. This is followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Cala Reale ages for several months on the fine lees before final aging in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: deep straw yellow with bright green hues.
Aroma: intense, tropical timbre combined with nuances of Mediterranean scrub, berries and medicinal herbs.
Taste: Warm, ripe fruit notes blend with a salty flavor. Fresh and persistent finish.
COMBINATIONS
Also excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish-based appetizers and first courses, especially sushi and sashimi.
