Vineyard grown on ancient marine lands, Alghero.
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which once arrived in the cellar are subjected to pressing and the must left in contact with the skins for cold maceration. Then follows fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel containers. Cala Reale matures for several months on the noble lees before the final refinement in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: deep straw yellow with bright green hues.
Aroma: intense, tropical timbre combined with nuances of Mediterranean scrub, berries and medicinal herbs.
Taste: warm, ripe fruit tones blend with a salty flavor. Fresh and persistent finish.
COMBINATIONS
Also excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish-based appetizers and first courses, sushi and sashimi in particular.
