This white is made with a fermentative maceration lasting a few days, which gives the wine an intense color and impresses the nose and palate with the quality and intensity of the aromas and flavors. Careful selection of the grapes, which ferment in steel, macerating on the skins for 5 days. Then follow the refinement phases, carried out in steel for a few months, bottling and marketing.
Color: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Rich and intense, with notes of ripe yellow fruit, citrus fruits, honey and aromatic herbs.
Taste: Soft, intense and concentrated, opulent and rich in fruity, savory and mineral aromas.
Ideal pairing for important fish such as swordfish, seared with confit cherry tomatoes and rocket sauce, first courses such as linguine with sardines, fresh cheeses.
