ORIGIN
Guyot-trained vineyards, located at approximately 350 metres above sea level, with a high presence of sand in the subsoil.
PROCESSING
This white wine is made with a fermentative maceration of the grapes for a few days, which gives the wine an intense color and strikes the nose and palate for the quality and intensity of the aromas and flavors. Careful selection of the grapes, which ferment in steel, macerating on the skins for 5 days. Then follow the phases of refinement, carried out in steel for a few months, bottling and marketing.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: Rich and intense, with notes of ripe yellow fruit, citrus, honey and aromatic herbs.
Taste: Soft, intense and concentrated, opulent and rich in fruity, savoury and mineral aromas.
COMBINATIONS
Katala is a white wine ideal when paired with important fish such as swordfish, seared with confit cherry tomatoes and rocket sauce, first courses such as linguine with sardines, but also fresh cheeses.
