PROCESSING
Alcoholic fermentation lasting 30 days at a temperature of 15-16°C. After vinification, the wine rests on the yeasts at low temperatures until spring.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow animated by greenish reflections.
Perfume: floral memories of yellow buds like broom, white pulp fruit and delicate marine notes.
Taste: surprising for its juiciness and structure, given by the rich and balanced presence of alcohol and glycerin, strong freshness and flavor.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish dishes, even the more structured and slightly spicy ones, and white meats.
