Located in the municipality of Luras, Gallura.
PROCESSING
The bunches are picked manually and quickly taken to the cellar, where they are subjected to soft pressing, in order to obtain the best of the free-run must to be sent to alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts, at a temperature of around 18° C. Once the alcoholic fermentation has been completed , Luris undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and maturation in steel containers, before final refinement in the bottle and marketing.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Perfume: fine notes of white flowers such as honeysuckle, peach and white-fleshed melon, delicate citrus peel and memories of Mediterranean scrub and aromatic herbs.
Taste: fresh and savory, with a pleasant structure, persistence and finesse.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect white wine for an aperitif, accompanied by soft cheeses. Also perfect with a very fresh plate of raw meat.
